1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vora Platform ("Service") operated by Vora Technology ("Vora", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vora is an AI-powered CRM platform for service businesses. The Service includes customer relationship management tools, AI-powered communication features (voice, SMS, email), appointment scheduling, campaign management, and integrations with third-party services.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

If you use Vora's SMS messaging features to communicate with your customers, you agree to the following:

  • You will only send SMS messages to recipients who have explicitly opted in to receive messages from your business.
  • You will provide clear opt-in disclosures that include: the nature of messages, message frequency, "Message and data rates may apply", and instructions to reply STOP to opt out.
  • You will honor all opt-out requests immediately and not send further messages to opted-out recipients.
  • You will not use Vora's SMS features to send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages that violate the TCPA, CTIA guidelines, or applicable carrier requirements.
  • You will not share or sell the mobile phone numbers of your customers to third parties for marketing purposes.
  • Message frequency will be clearly disclosed to recipients at the point of opt-in.

Vora reserves the right to suspend SMS messaging capabilities for any account found to be in violation of these terms or applicable regulations.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit harmful, abusive, or offensive content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Service

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from your customers before entering their data into the platform or communicating with them via the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time, with or without notice.

8. Billing and Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods. All fees are exclusive of taxes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vora Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
